Individual Counseling – $120, 50-minute session

For adults and adolescents wanting to deepen their sense of self, create meaning, and work through the challenges they face.

Couples/Relationship Counseling – $135, 50-minute session

For couples interested in working through relational difficulties – whether that means learning new ways to connect, overcoming hurtful patterns, or discovering what’s at the heart of your relationship dynamics. Couples/relationship counseling offers the potential for healing and hope for longstanding relationships or brand new ones.

Group Counseling – $50, 90-minute session

For those interested in deepening their level of self-awareness and learning how they relate to others.

Relating Within – A Womxn’s Process Group

We are wired for connection, yet so many of us experience isolation and a deep yearning for community. Therapeutic process groups provide a space to gather and experience social support as you learn to show up for yourself and others. This group will help you engage in self discovery, learning, and transformation.

Relating Within is a therapeutic process group for womxn – cisgender women, trans women, gender nonbinary, and gender nonconforming individuals. This ongoing group is co-facilitated by Sophia Mehl and meets online every Wednesday night from 6pm – 7:30pm. Once we return to in-person gatherings, we will meet on First Hill in Seattle . Payment Process

Payment is due in full at time of service. I accept checks, cash, credit/debit and HSA/FSA. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me to discuss an adjusted rate if you cannot pay the full fee.

Insurance

I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies and do not bill insurance directly. I am happy to provide you with a monthly billing statement that you can submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement, should your plan cover out-of-network mental health services.
