Hi, I’m Katie
Honestly, I think I was always on my way to becoming a therapist. I’m naturally curious (okay, maybe a little nosy) and love pondering what makes people and relationships tick. I’ve long been drawn to the interplay of the environments we live in, the systems that contain us, and the people we become. Therapy has been a game-changer in my own life, and now I get to hold space for others on that journey. I find a lot of enjoyment in walking alongside clients who are navigating life’s paradoxes, grappling with uncertainty, unlearning old patterns, and exploring deeper ways of relating to themselves and the world.
When I’m off the clock…
I’m usually with my partners, friends, and my amazing teenage kids, navigating the chaotic wonder of family life. You’ll find me making my way through a recipe book, playing games where I occasionally find myself begrudgingly outsmarted, on a run or just soaking up time with the people who keep me grounded and growing.
I know that relationships - whether with family, partners, or ourselves - are rarely neat and tidy. They’re dynamic, and full of surprises. And that’s where the magic happens.
I respond to she/her pronouns, and if you’re curious about other aspects of my identity, feel free to ask!
