Hi, I’m Katie

Honestly, I think I was always on my way to becoming a therapist. I’m naturally curious and love pondering what makes people and relationships tick. I’ve long been drawn to the interplay of the environments we live in, the systems that contain us, and the people we become. Therapy has been a game-changer in my own life, and now I get to hold space for others on that journey. I find a lot of enjoyment in walking alongside clients who are navigating life’s paradoxes, grappling with uncertainty, unlearning old patterns, and exploring deeper ways of relating to themselves and the world.

When I’m off the clock…

I’m usually with my partners, friends, and my amazing teenage kids, navigating the chaotic wonder of family life. You’ll find me making my way through a recipe book, playing games, lollygagging near the water, drawing and painting, or just soaking up time with the people who keep me grounded and growing.

I respond to she/her pronouns, I’m cis, white and queer, and if you’re curious about other aspects of my identity, feel free to ask!
