I accept Premera of Washington and some Lifewise plans.

If you have another insurance and an out-of-network mental health benefit, I will collect payment at time of service and provide a superbill, which you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please reach out to your insurance before your first visit to confirm your mental health benefits.

For self-pay clients, payment is due in full at time of service.

For insured clients, applicable co-insurance (co-pay, deductible) is due at time of service.
